Developer’s Guide

This Developer’s Guide is designed for Microsoft Dynamics CRM programmers who want to use the system’s application programming interface (API) to customize their CRM environment. I expanded the core API material that was provided by subject matter experts (SMEs) in order to provide context on top of content. The end product is a document that adds value by including key considerations, assumptions, requirements, and references to related resources.

Part of a full suite of Microsoft Dynamics CRM documentation for service providers, the complete project includes additional guides for all the various stakeholders involved in adopting the technology, including planners, deployment teams, and operations/administrators in addition to programmers.
