Building a comprehensive training materials plan from the ground up
Because the client knew they needed training but they weren’t clear on any specifics, a detailed needs analysis was performed as a “Phase Zero” aspect of the project.
After consulting with executives and other key stakeholders, this training development plan identified the most critical needs, mapped those needs to key topics, outlined course agendas, and was used to gain consensus on project deliverables.
